Vegan not-eggs not-bacon
Not-eggs is firm undrained tofu with turmeric added (cancer sucks!) and fried. Not-bacon is sliced tempeh fried. While we don’t condone bacon and eggs the texture is interesting and it’s worth doing somewhat similar things at times in our kitchen.
